   If the page is not printing out how it appears on the screen in Internet Explorer, go to the File menu, select Print Preview. On the top menu bar, select "As laid out on screen."

   If you want to print out the entire main contents frame without the banner or link buttons, make sure you click the mouse somewhere within the main frame then go the print preview menu and select "only the selected frame." Confirm that the part of the page to print is the part you want.

   If using Netscape, go to the File menu, click Print... to bring up the print menu. If using Netscape you must print only the selected frame. Choose "the selected frame" in the bottom left hand corner of the print menu box. Again, ensure that the last place you clicked before selecting "Print" was the main contents frame, or whichever frame you intended to print.
