I should like to bring you up to date on events at my office. At my wife's request, I am going to slow down my practice to three days per week -- Tuesday through Thursday. On December 1, 2008, we sold my office building, but not my medical practice, to plastic surgeon Susan Kaweski.

Unfortunately all of my employees have been let go. This was not expected and has been very difficult for them especially in this economy. I miss them all very much -- we were a very good team for a long time and it was a very difficult and unexpected ending.

So you will notice changes in the office both in personnel and style. But what will not change is me, and I plan to practice with the same quality and style for five more years. When you call, you will most likely talk to Kim, Dr Kaweski's receptionist. I expect that you will be treated with the same conscientiousness and graciousness you have come to expect from Dale. However if you have any concerns, misunderstandings or problems when contacting my office, you may call me on my cell phone 619-985-2672, and that is (24/7/365). If I don't promptly return your call, please feel free to call my wife Nancye at 619-435-5880. She will track me down.

Please know that serving you for the past 30 years has given meaning and joy and purpose to my life. I look forward to the next five years. I appreciate your many past referrals, hope to see many more, and thank you for the kindness and confidence you have placed in me this past 30 years.

Nancye and I are taking a Panama Canal Cruise for her Birthday. We leave April 18 from Ft. Lauderdale and return May 5 to the Port of San Diego. I tell you this so that you might schedule any "emergency botox" treatments appropriately.
